Goal of the Photo

At the Rader Family Farms Sunflower Days visitors are invited to take photos in fields of sunflowers. This photo features a late 1940s/early 1950s Chevrolet Pickup Truck as the centerpiece surrounded in a field of sunflowers and a hay bale. Puffy white clouds and blue skies show overhead.

Photo Analysis

The front quarter view of this 70 plus year old weathered pickup truck makes for a striking focal point sitting amongst sunflower stalks and wide blue skies. The inclusion of the hay bale in the lower right adds to the antique farm feel.

Photo Post Processing

This image was desaturated slightly and the skies were darkened to allow the truck to take center stage. After the image enhancements were made the photo was brought into Adobe Photoshop CC software and the final addition of the Corcoran Studio logo was placed in the lower corner and the image was exported out at the desired final image screen size.
