Follow these steps to enable Javascript in the Internet Explorer browser:

  1. Open Internet Explorer,
  2. In the menu go to Tools (press ALT T) and mouse down and click on Internet Options,
  3. Click on the Security tab,
  4. In the Internet Zone (the first icon down under Security) click on the Custom Level button,
  5. Scroll down to the Scripting section and make sure Active Scripting is set to Enabled,
  6. Click OK,
  7. Back in the Security tab screen click on Trusted Sites (the green checkmark icon),
  8. Click the Custom Level button,
  9. Scroll down to the Scripting section and make sure Active Scripting is set to Enabled,
  10. Click OK,
  11. Click OK to shut down the Internet Options window,
  12. Shut down Internet Explorer and restart Internet Explorer to make sure your changes go into effect.

  1. Open Firefox,
  2. In the menu go to Tools (press ALT T) and mouse down and click on Options,
  3. Under the Content button make sure that Enable Javascript has a checkmark next to it,
  4. Click OK,
  5. Shut down Firefox and restart Firefox to make sure your changes go into effect.

Follow these steps to enable Popups in the Internet Explorer browser:

  1. Open Internet Explorer,
  2. In the menu go to Tools (press ALT T) and mouse down to Pop-up Blocking,
  3. Mouse over to and click on Turn Off Pop-up Blocker.
  4. Shut down Internet Explorer and restart Internet Explorer to make sure your changes go into effect.

Follow these steps to enable Popups in the Firefox browser:

  1. Open Firefox,
  2. In the menu go to Tools (press ALT T) and mouse down and click on Options,
  3. Under the Content button make sure that Block Pop-up Windows doesn't have a checkmark next to it,
  4. Click OK,
  5. Shut down Firefox and restart Firefox to make sure your changes go into effect.
